Aircooled flathead engines have a soft spot in my heart, so it was an honor to make this hat for the preeminent air-cooled Porsche festival Luftgekult. We worked with Marine Machine on a hat design with vintage race feel and their signature military influence. The British Millerain drywall fabric is a modern waxed cotton twill. It has a great hand feel and is much lighter to the touch than a traditional waxed canvas.
