    All Ampal orders can be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (estimated 5-8 business days in transit) or Priority Mail (estimated 3-4 business days in transit) service. Please be aware that USPS shipments do not carry insurance. The Ampal Creative offers Route Shipping Insurance to protect your package from loss, theft or damage. No other insurance or guarantees are offered by The Ampal Creative or USPS. Orders generally process within 48 business hours and are shipped bi-weekly. Estimated transit times are quoted by USPS. The Ampal Creative has no control over transit times once packages are handed off to USPS.   • International Orders

    - $30 International First Class

    - $55 International Priority

    International orders are shipped First Class Mail International. Please anticipate delays as incoming customs processes differ dramatically by country. We highly recommend Route Shipping Insurance for international orders. For upgraded International Shipping options please contact us directly at store@theampalcreative.com. 

The Ampal Creative proudly offers Route Package Protection and tracking as an option on all orders. Add package protection at checkout and rest assured you'll be covered in case your orders get lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

Returns

We are happy to offer an exchange on all brand new and unused products. Please be aware that fragrances, colognes and hair care products can permanently stain or mar products. Please contact store@theampalcreative.com with your order number and the product you'd like to exchange for and our team will be in touch to help. The Ampal Creative does not offer refunds on orders, and all sale items are final sale.
