All Ampal orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail service. Please be aware that First Class shipments do not carry insurance through USPS. The Ampal Creative offers Route Shipping Insurance to protect your package from loss, theft or damage. No other insurance or guarantees are offered by The Ampal Creative or USPS. Orders generally process within 36 hours and are shipped bi-weekly. For questions regarding your package once it is en route please reach out to USPS customer service at (800) 275-8777. International Orders

International orders are shipped First Class Mail International. Please anticipate delays as incoming customs processes differ dramatically by country. We highly recommend Route Shipping Insurance for international orders. For upgraded International Shipping options please contact us directly at store@theampalcreative.com.
