When Gregg and I saw the horrible devastation in Maui, it unfortunately was all too familiar to the wildfires CA has seen the last few years. I’ve had family on Maui since the early 80’s and we knew we wanted to help. It took me a few days to process and try to come up with a creative design, but think I came up with a designbased on a vintage t-shirt that captures the Valley Isle's majestic beauty - that will return! - through some sepia tinted nostalgia.
In response to the devastating wildfires on Maui, the Hawai'i Community Fund has activated the Maui Strong Fund to provide flexible resources to support Maui residents. 100 percent of the funds will be distributed for community needs. Our fam & friends in Maui say Maui Strong is boots on the ground there.
