Luftgekühlt is the best Porsche show in the world. From actual race cars with the highest pedigree to hot rod customs, perfect restorations & crusty survivors, the cars alone would make Luft an unmatched show. Pat Long, Jeff Zwart & team have elevated the event to an automotive art installation, with each car methodically placed along post card like backdrops.
Continuing with the movie set worthy locales, the American Tobacco Campus in Durham, NC was the picturesque location this year. As the former Lucky Strike plant, Pat had the idea for a Lucky Strike Livery inspired design for this year. Instead of a direct flip, we came up with vintage race inspired design with a nod to the historic locale.
